Shipping
Orders ship within 24 hours. This is our dispatch timeframe; delivery time depends on the shipping service and destination.
14-day returns
Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. There is no restocking fee.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, Moonlight Muzo covers the return shipping.
